Gateway Parking Three LLC (Open Lot)

Can I give 0 star? This is THE WORST parking I have ever been to! We almost missed our flight because this parking lot is right next to a hockey stadium, they lock down the streets for parade. The line to get in is insane, airport parking is roof top only. People in front of us waited almost an hr before shuttle arrive! When we came back to Newark to pickup our car, shuttle driver is non-responsive to text. We ended up having to take Uber back to Garage. But then, the garage have no attendants at all (see pic), and all gates closed. I have to call around to get them to open gate to retrieve the car. After I left, the shuttle driver call / text me back past midnight saying that it is too late for shuttle service... please, go elsewhere and avoid the mess. The price is good but isn't worth t

if i could give this place negative stars i would, both people i spoke to were so incredibly rude. if you are going to buy off of seatgeek DONT, they will claim that they cannot accept that pass and they actually charge less than they do online. incredibly rude people and a horrible experience

Perfect location for an inexpensive way to enjoy NYC. Stay in the adjacent Hilton Doubletree and take the walkway to Penn Station for a 20 minute train ride to Madison Square Garden and NY Penn Station to easily get anywhere else. The real reason I’m writing is because of the care I was provided when I lost my key (turns out I left it on the trunk of my car). All professional.

On returning from a trip, I texted for the shuttle, as instructed, but shuttle never came. Waited an hour, took a cab ($22) and told the lot attendant what had happened. His response? "Yeah, shuttle driver has been missing for some time." Called the owner the next day. "We offer shuttle as a courtesy, it's not an obligation. You don't pay for it." Never again.

We were able to park there overnight. Every security employee we spoke with was extremely nice and helpful. Dominic was especially kind and helpful. He took extra time to confirm some details with us and even gave us directions to Penn Station when he saw us walking the wrong way.
