I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to the staff at the Raleigh, Nc and Hartford, SC locations. They went above and beyond to help me get what i needed to fix a septic problem in time for a wedding. I showed up at the Raleigh location at 3pm on a Friday afternoon in need of supplies to fix a septic drain field i damaged at a client's house. They didn't have the items i needed and I wouldn't be able to make it to the Hartford, SC location before they closed. I explained to them my clients had a wedding on Monday and was willing to drive where ever I had to to pick it up if i could pay for it over the phone and they leave it outside for me when they closed.
