Went in to choose tile and under mount sinks and the gentleman I spoke with around late 40s' Italian maybe looking guy came to me with the most ubsurd and rude tone and attitude n then once he said he was too busy n I need to make my choices quickly I walked away for a moment. Only later did he come back with a better attitude n as he was educating me on a few things he had the audacity to ask if I had the money to buy these items when I have millions in my account n am doing a full remodel on my home and purchasing and renovating 3 other houses n then they r paid for in full n this dude had me so dam mad I almost said some Yankee talk to him n decided it was best for me to just leave. Not sure who this man is but he is certainly a downfall for this company and industry. Plz inform him of

I can’t say enough about the exceptional customer service I received from Adam Powers at Gateway in Socastee. I had an issue with a bathroom faucet we purchased for new construction. While working with the fixture company was a little challenging Adam was there every step of the way. This level of customer service is rare to find these days. Thanks to Adam and Gateway!

We met Elizabeth Davis and her amazing customer service made us realize that we didn't need to shop around any longer. She was very knowledgeable about the products that the store had and helped us out immediately. To make the visit even better, Elizabeth had her dog in the store sort of a mascot. He was so sweet and loving. These are the kind of things that make me want to come back to a business like this.
