I had a great experience. I called a few places for mini splits. Gatewood came recommended by many. Jesse came out to assess the house and recommended the right setup. The process was easy, and the entire team that came out including Troy and Steve were awesome. You can tell they cared about the work they did and the finished result showed. Hard to get a heater repair over the holidays but was able to get an appointment with Gateway before anyone else. Excellent customer service with written scheduling, notification, and follow through. Technician Russell showed up on time and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Very professional technician and a good representative for Gateway. After the repair he gave us suggestions to enhance our whole heating and AC system.

Just WOW!!!! If I could leave 20 stars I would. I have been having another local company servicing my unit and have just been getting a yucky feeling about my service & the way my unit has been running, so I contacted Gatewood. So happy I did. Found out my unit has not been cleaned which I had been paying for, they even showed me the build up of soot in the bottom of my heater. Scary. It was a very thorough first service & cleaning of my heater & they are definitely my new & trustworthy heat & a/c company. Thank you Gatewood!

From my first call to Gatewood through the actual repairs, everyone was great! Very prompt service, always pleasant people to deal with, starting with McKenzie, to Jason, to Russell. The unit got fixed by an obviously very knowlegable technician!

Gatewood installed 3 mini split units in my guest quarters. The work was done in less than 2 days, the crew was courteous and knowledgeable. This is the second major HVAC system Gatewood has installed at my home. I highly recommend Gatewood.
