Gator Cleaning and Restoration

The Gator team was incredible! We had a flood in our home ruining our floors and baseboards throughout our home. In a week’s time Rob, Stephanie and the entire team had our home repaired and new floors down in time to host Christmas! The entire team truly cares about taking care of their customers and our family could not have dreamed of a better experience. They truly saved Christmas! We are so thankful for the Gator team. Good morning, May and Brandon cleaned the air ducts in my home yesterday and did an excellent job. They were aware that I had a new HVAC system scheduled for installation the following day and went above and beyond to ensure the work was completed on time, even staying late to finish. Gator was excellent to work with in every way. I had another company come to my house hose for their a/c air ducts and dryer vent cleaning special but let’s just say they were not trustworthy. They said I needed service that would cost just under $2k. I declined and called Gator and I am EXTREMELY HAPPY I DID! Everyone has been very professional and trustworthy. Naomi was a pleasure to talk to and the tech Kyle was not only very thorough, experienced and professional, but someone that trata you like family. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Gator cleaning was fabulous! Kyle came to clean 3 personal large rugs and really took care into cleaning with extra care and especially for my kids-2 dogs! He cleaned and added extra safe cleaning products to kill any unknown bacteria due to dogs. All 3 rugs were cleaned ready for Christmas and we Humans enjoyed time sitting on the rugs opening gifts, playing board games and simply laying on them and watching movies, chilling out with doggies✅👍👍🐾❤️

We had a sewage backup issue which caused extensive damage to our condo. Gator did the cleanup quickly, and we also hired them to do the restoration. My wife and I were impressed with the way Stephanie approached the project. She advised us what things were a waste of money, and what things added value. Her design suggestions were tasteful, and she listened to what we wanted. She provided a very detailed estimate with no hidden costs. She advised us which items would take us over budget, and was willing to take our suggestions. She was always pleasant and cooperative, even when we changed our minds, or asked a million questions. I would work with her again.
