Gator Garage Door Repair

I called the company since my old garage door opener was broken. David Carrillo visited my house did a wonderful job. He was very professional, detail-oriented, and kindly explained what was the problem all the necessary details I wanted to know. I highly recommend him!!

David Carrillo was my repair technician and I found him to be honest and fair. He did an excellent and thorough job. Before he completed the repair, he checked everything about my garage door to make sure everything was safe and functioning properly and I knew of potential future repairs. He came out on a Saturday, responding very quickly and was very upfront about costs and the repairs I needed. Highly recommend and will call him in the future for any additional repairs or replacements.

This is the second time I've called Gator and my second positve review. This time Mr Aaron Terry was my technician, he took 15 minutes to expect and provided 3 different options to repair, repair and secure, and upgrade to prevent what happened from happening again, if it does. Thank you Aaron and thank you for next day service, I've needed yall both times on Saturdays and both times yall have come through. Took just about an hour and half, I chose the second option by the way. When I finally do need an upgrade, I've got Gator's number saved on my phone. Thanks again and God bless 🙌

Frank Mwamba and Ben did an amazing job installing our garage doors. They were professional, arrived on time, and didn't stop until the work got done to perfection. Even better, they were friendly, nice guys. We've used Home Depot for garage doors in the past and this experience was so superior I can't even put it into words. They even offer financing.
