Patrick is truly a detailed owner and has a great group of technians and landscapers. I contacted Gator Irrigation and Landscaping to replace my lawn that was beyond recovering. Patrick met with me and explained that I had deeper issue other than just weeds. Patrick's suggested an evaluation of my irrigation system. Before having me spend thousands on a total kill off and resodding. Anthony from Gator came out measured my water output and coverage and pointed out the deficiency in my system. A price was told to me to correct my system. Very reasonable priced.Now moving forward we contracted Gator to replace our lawn killing the existing weeds and grass then using a sod cutter after all was dead after several applications of killer. Again there was great communication on the entire process
