Aside from the fact that its taken more than 17 months and the job isn't finished, Gator pools and spa construction, Mr. Miguel angel Carmona, has been extremely unreliable and never wants to keep his word. He would say via text or phone call that he or his employees would be coming out to work and would not show for days, weeks or even up to a month at a time. The last time Mr. Carmona came out was exactly three months ago today, he last came and lifted approximately 600 sqft of pavers on march 8, 2025,to redo what was done incorrectly on the pool deck and said he would be back that weekend. He agreed that the deck was done improperly and that is why he came with his employee Mateo and lifted part of it. Mr. Carmona mentions in his response that I simply want a free pool, but I have proof

Our experience with Gator Pools and Spa Construction of Miami, Florida has been nothing shot of 5-STARS. They constructed our pool quickly and exactly as promised. The owner, Miguel Carmona was directly involved every step of the way. When our chlorinator began to give us problems, he responded immediately and arranged for the warranty replacement. Mr Carmona has been in the pool industry for decades and is highly experienced and knowledgeable. We are very happy to have done our research and contracted with Gator Pools and Spa. Exceptional work and professionalism.

Im astonished of what a pool contractor can get a way with in this county. Don't know how he has been in business for "20 years". BUYER BEWARE- this company is the definition of a scam. This guy is broke. Taking from Peter to give to Paul. Literally admitted that he would finish the pool once he gets another job. Really???!!! This isn't how a contractor should operate and they should be held to a higher standard. Paying for 90% of the job when 30% of the job is done, then abandoning because of lack of funds is a SCAM! Unfortunately we are victims of this injustice, that is why I want to share this. Locals need to do their due diligence even with license contractors like GATOR POOLS. Gator Pools & Spa should not be in business, and hopefully no one falls for this guys lack of morals and val

Miguel and his team have done an excellent job repairing our pool and with the install of all new filter, heater, and pump. Miguel is very knowledgeable and was always willing to answer my questions when it came to how to operate the new system.

Le quería dar 0 estrellas, pero no se puede. Está compañía tiene que ser la peor, porque nunca e visto que se demora más de un año completar la remodelación de una piscina. Este señor dejó el patio de me suegro regado y la piscina sin terminar. 18 meses sin piscina no puede ser lo normal.
