The sales process and the actual work were both performed professionally, effectively and with attention to detail. After some price negotiation we reached an acceptable deal - there will be a little bit of premium you’ll pay for the Gatorguard service, but the lifetime warranty, the moisture testing and the guarantee to replace/fix any damage resulting from moisture sold me! The installation team showed up and they were extremely friendly - they worked hard and kept me informed during the whole process. They returned on time on day 2 to complete the job and left the work site spotless - and my new garage floor looks GREAT! Good people. Decent communication. Ultimately nice work and results. Make sure your contract says to clean up after if you are getting anything removed. Garage doors/tracks/etc.. and standard doors/shelves/etc.. not included. Would also recommend nailing down a contractual time. Otherwise something could happen and it could take weeks. Not jabbing at the company - but consumers - protect yourselves too.

first of all, we purchased the most expensive floor covering with gold flecks at a higher price. yes the first round it Was beautiful. Then they buffed it out to put the seal on. 90% of the gold was gone by the time they vacuumed. it up. I was told wait and see how it comes back when the sealant was placed. NOT. The edges we sloppy and there are blobs of sealant left to harden like water pools on steps and all over that will become slick in winter weather. The first crew was pleasant and the second crew crass and want the payment before the job was complete. They told us a 2 day project that ended up 4 leaving a trailers in the drive and on the street the whole time. We had to remove our belongings and put them back, not them as promised. This was a bait and switch operation for more mone

The GatorGuard installation team was great! My basement has some interesting slopes and contours, and I am impressed by how well the coating was applied to the whole surface, including some areas I did not think they would get to. Generous coverage. The new floor looks really good and has served us well so far.

Gator guard is a great product, I did some research prior to contacting them and they offer the best product on the market I believe. They were affordable and professional and quick on the work. I did my garage and it was a day and half work and turned out great! The work was knowledgeable and worked well with any questions I had. I would have liked to see my salesman reach back out after the job was done but he did not. Either way it’s a great product w a lifetime warranty.
