Jesse was the service man, I felt he was excellent. He was very thorough and spent a good amount of time at my home to figure out the issue with my heating unit. Also spoke to me and showed me everything that he looked at and Explained in a way for me to understand which to me means A lot! I was appreciative and thankful for his service, I will be using GAULT in the near future for a new heating /air system Thank you, Teresa Drummond

They called to give me a heads up they were running behind at previous job - I had a scheduled regular maintenance of my furnace. Another technician was available and able to come so I didn’t have to wait. Jesse W. was great! Can’t say enough great things about him. Personable, professional, and answered all the questions I asked. He explained the additional services I was considering and made sure I didn’t have additional questions. Great all-around experience! Highly recommend Gault based on this experience! Part of annual maintenance - furnace now, AC in spring. Price is reasonable, but with the heightened level of professionalism, I would say it added value to make it a great price.

Well, our furnace was blowing cold air and we called Gault! They sent someone out within a few hours and the technician assessed it. Bad news, need a new one. He was very nice and compassionate! Furnace had to be turned off. We called back to see if someone could come back out to show options so we could buy a new one. Ryan came out, same day, which was fantastic! He was very personable and very knowledgeable. He went over everything and asked what was important to us and wanted to meet our needs. Our installation is scheduled and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Gault!

As always it was a great experience. Gault has trained and polite .The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done well and fairly swift. I’m satisfied and will continue the relationship. I highly recommend this company they are legit.
