Caleb did an excellent job on our heat pump maintenance check and repair. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and what he found. I really appreciated how patient he was in answering my questions. It’s reassuring to have someone knowledgeable and honest working on our system. Highly recommend!

Friendly technician flipped furnace off and on. It’s hot and seems to be coming on fine now. Cleaned a sensor and port, that could’ve prevented ignition. I’m always happy with shoe covers:) And 2 weeks for them to come back without additional charge if that didn’t do the trick. This was a quick troubleshooting visit. I had a next day saturday appt, 8am-8pm window.

Call with me and the fella arrived probably about 45 minutes later, which was great unfortunately for me. It looks like I need a new furnace and a gentleman is supposed to stop by between two and five today to go over some options, which is great and it’s much appreciated. The charge was very very reasonable for the service call. I thank Gault heating very much for the quick response Tom Stefanish
