Manny and his teams are amazing! Had some extensive roof work done ony older house (my first). The previous owners did not maintain the roof/gutters well and Manny was very straight-forward about possible additional costs, given how incredibly expensive plywood is. He worked with my budget and now my roof and gutters look amazing! His teams worked quickly and cleaned up very well, leaving nothing behind. A+ contractor.
