Carlos and GD Floors is extremely professional and prompt. Carlos immediately came out for an estimate and offered the best price of anyone in our area. Not only did we need our floors done, but we had a large kitchen island that needed to be removed. His team completed the job in 1 business day! We couldn’t be happier with our new floors. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Carlos and his installation guys we're perfect in every way. No matter how many times I changed my mind, Carlos was patient and helped me decide on flooring that would be best for what I was looking for. His showroom has a nice array of flooring...vinyl, tile, wood, etc. I live close to the ocean and I wanted something light and beachy. Found the perfect flooring. The installer was nice, courteous and did a very professional job. Showed up on time and Carlos came by to make sure all was well with the installation. Highly recommended... Job well done!

Carlos and his team installed my luxury vinyl flooring a little over a year ago now and I was initially pleased with the install. However, a few days later I noticed the nosing on a few of the stairs was peeling. I let Carlos know and he said he would come out and fix it very soon. He did not. I have reached out to him several times since then and was given more promises, followed by more no-shows. It has been 13 months now and I am still waiting for this to be fixed. Extremely disappointed.

10/10!!! Couldn’t express my satisfaction enough! Carlos was great start to finish from quote to installation! Showed up on time, was nothing but respectful of my home! During the install the guys explained what they were doing if I had any questions, worked amazingly quick with great detail! Cleaned up after they done and gave us care instructions! Will be using GD again!

We just had our bedroom done. Floor looks amazing. Best price and product. We'll definitely be getting other rooms done by GD Floors.
