Ron went above and beyond what was expected when he took it upon himself to replace a small piece of siding on my building. He said nothing, just did it. I am forever appreciative of that small gesture. Might not have been much for him, but to us here at the Palladian, it spoke volumes. He was always easy to work with and responded quickly to issues that were brought to his attention. Job well done Ron... Job well done.

What a wonderful company! GDE did an amazing job with our exterior paint and repairs for our community on Camp Creek! We gave a scope and they finished earlier than expected to ensure the residents were not inconvenienced for a long period of time. Simon was beyond detailed and kind to the teams both mine and GDE. I just completed a huge exterior improvement project with Jason, Ted, and Patrick from GDE. 446 apartments, 25 buildings. They performed carpentry repairs, welded new stair railings, painted the buildings a new color scheme, and replaced the gutters and downspouts. I've never had a smoother, more professional experience than working with GDE. They are excellent communicators, providing (unsolicited) weekly updates on progress, and accurate look-ahead planning toward future milestones. The quality of workmanship was excellent. Operating around occupied apartment homes can make this kind of work exceedingly difficult, because you have hundreds more "clients" than you may have signed a contract with. GDE handles this dynamic better than anyone I have ever worked with. Highly recommen
