GDI Garage Doors

I live in Tampa and my garage door wasn’t functioning properly. I called GDI garage doors and they sent Sam out the SAME DAY. Within a few hours of me calling, Sam arrived at my house. He explained everything very well and answered all of our questions. He did a great job installing our new garage door opener. I highly recommend Sam and GDI garage doors!

Elroy, is very personable, professional & passionate about his profession. Elroy is also very patient, he took the time to explain how the garage parts & components operate and provided a reason for the failed parts and then explained the required repairs, (to get the garage door operational) AND explained the benefits of recommended repairs (avoid costly repairs) Elroy works diligently, respects homeowner property & stays engaged, while he works. Dean, the technician for GDI came out assess the issue and basically had it replaced and up and running just under three hours. Replace the motor in the springs. It runs smooth as silk and it’s nice and quiet purrs like a kitten. Dean is a positive addition to this company. Seems to know what the heck he is talking about as well as has great customer rapport would highly recommend.

Elroy stopped by to install a wireless keypad for my garage! He went above and beyond to make sure the keypad was installed exactly how I wanted it. He then inspected the garage door to make sure it was working properly!
