The first job he did for me was correcting a couple of mistakes that the builder made during the initial installation of our systems, including too small of a wiring gage between the garage door opening sensors and the garage door opening motor, not using the proper lubricants on the tracks and wheels, poorly installed sensors, and mistuning of the motor travel/tension settings.
