We experienced a flood in our home. Our water was 2 feet deep on May 3. I spoke to several mitigation companies and upon chatting with Ryan chose GC restoration. That was without a doubt the best decision we made in this whole crazy process. Ryan and his crew Zack, Tommy , and Ishmael did an amazing job on tearing out all of the wet drywall to the 4 foot mark in the entire home. They handled communication with the insurance company. They kept perfect drying logs and made sure the home was ready for reconstruction. At every single point along the way we were informed of timeframe and where we still in the process. We had originally called Serve Pro, but weren’t real impressed with the guys that they sent out to do the assessment. I found GE Restoration and was very impressed with the knowledge and attention to my concerns that Ryan had when he came out. They worked with our schedule and needs to complete the project with a lot of attention. I was never concerned about having their crew in my house. They did a good job!!!

Ryan did a great job giving me information on the water damage we had in our living room and hallway. They walked us through how to file a claim with our insurance and handled the water mitigation and reconstruction.

We used GE Restoration LLC for our roof repair from a storm. Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us what we needed to get our roof fixed in a timely manner. The finished product looks amazing! I would recommend them to anyone needing to repair or restore their home.
