Tyler was amazing. Appointment was between 8/10 he called a little after 8 to tell me he was on the way. I was happy he was closer to 8 than 10. Fixed my compressor fast now my house is cooling and my wife is happy. 10 out of 10 with service and politeness.

I noticed today that my thermostat was blank. I called Geauxhvac and Tylor and Alanna showed up within 30 mins of the call. They are so sweet and got me up and running again. Very professional and kind. They were even very sweet to my dogs. Showed them alot of love and attention. I would recommend Geauxhvac to everyone for all of your AC needs!!!

I chose GeauxHVAC to do my full unit replacement because of the great experience with the quoting process that Keegan provided, after I had a poor high pressure sales experience from a competitor. Keegan was personable, showed up on time, and took all of the time needed to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase. He also connected with me about leaving his previous company to join GeauxHVAC because of how well they treat staff, which I identified with as it gave me a similar feeling to my own company. The price was cheaper than the competitor, but that was secondary to the genuine feeling of care I felt from him along with the lack of pressure to buy something I didn’t want or need. On install day, the installers arrived promptly and worked throughout the day to get the unit installed

I was so happy with my technician, Joshua. He was able to explain everything he was doing and answered all the questions I had. I feel that I am in good and capable hands and that Joshua will take care of my unit the same way he cares for his! Thank you Joshua and GeauxHVAC!

We had a Carrier AC/Heating unit installed. Great service-Prompt response to calls. Keegan did a great job explaining the type of unit we needed and the services/warranty we would receive after installation. Tyler, AJ and the other technicians were very professional and cleaned up everything after the installation. The office staff was very responsive and sent us all the warranty documentation after completion. We chose GeauxHVAC because it is a local, family owned company and we were very satisfied with their services.
