Gecko Green Lawn Care

Their tech just sprayed pesticide & herbicide all over cars parked on the street because he couldn't be bothered using common sense and angling his sprayer appropriately. This shows an utter disregard and lack of care. In a competitive market place, this is not what you want - you've got better options.

Terrible company. Poorly trained technicians, less than mediocre service, and a bunch of excuses for low quality services. I had a new lawn installed last summer and hired Gecko Green for lawn maintenance and pest control. After several months of treatment, weeds are going uninhibited and ants are crawling on my countertop in the exact same spot that I informed Gecko Green pest control technicians they were entering my home. We’ve been digging up the weeds by hand to prevent regrowth, but Gecko Green fertilizer has failed to replenish the spots where weed removal occurred. The technicians blame the spots on the rabbits in spite of me telling them that we dug up weeds from those spots. And reminding them that their fertilizer treatments aren’t replenishing the yard. We’ve had a great experience with Gecko Green so far. We are in a new build community that still has empty lots so pests are common but thankfully not in our house! The moment we notice any activity start outside or in the garage, they come out right away to take care of it, even outside of the regular quarterly appointments. Mike, the technician who services our house is friendly and thorough.

By far the best customer service experience we’ve had. Gecko Green did so well taking care of our lawn and flower bed and they were always flexible when we needed to cancel or reschedule services. We just found out we’re expecting twins, and we needed to cancel our contract with Gecko Green because we need to find ways to save money for their arrival. They were so kind and very understanding and even said congratulations on the babies. A few days later, we were surprised when a box of cookies arrived on our doorstep! They’d bought us cookies and sent a card once again saying congratulations. It was such a sweet and kind gesture and something we didn’t expect!

I used them for several years and their service has been good until recently and I decided to discontinue with them. This spring, I got a lot of weeds coming out, but no neighbors had the same problem. It’s like someone carefully seeded weeds and they grew in big patches. I pulled a lot of them out, and filled up an entire yard waste paper bag. I stopped and asked myself why I had to do this when I’ve paid some “professional” to take care of my lawns. I also got big bald patches. It’s partly due to rabbit damage, but I don’t think they will do that much. My neighbors have the same rabbit problem, but their lawns don’t show big bald patches.
