Gehring Softwash

I saw the ad for Gehring Softwash on FaceBook. Reached out, and they were incredibly responsive! Grant G. came out, inspected the work, and provided both a hand written (on the spot), and a computer generated (by email) quote for free, with three(3) different service options. Once I decided to hire Gehring, the scheduling and timing were up to me. They allowed for my work schedule, and the process happened and was completed within a week, without any delays. I am sold, both on their work, as well as their customer service! Ismael completed the wash and treatment, and answered any and all questions professionally. An amazing company, that I am glad to have made contact with!!!

What phenomenal work! They came out and gave an estimate on site. Explained all the details and options available. We scheduled services, they let us know when they were in their way, and they showed up on time. They let us know when they were completed and the work looks superb! Great job guys!

Corey came out as a one man show and is so thorough! I was extremely pleased with how my roof turned out. I highly recommend this company.

The job was done well overall, and the young man who did the work was polite and worked hard. Communication about pricing and service levels was a bit confusing, though. I asked the employee doing the job to be careful with my plants, but his hose still dragged over them and I ended up moving it myself and asking him again to be mindful. Also, the company should pay more attention to worker safety — he was alone and climbing from a step ladder onto the roof with no fall protection, which made me nervous he could get hurt.
