Geiger Air Heating & Cooling

We had an issue with our boiler that was fixed by Geiger right before we purchased our home. I called Geiger to see if they would be able to help and initially was told they would be unable to. The next day, I received a call from Jeff from Geiger and he not only apologized for the communication I received prior but explained to me the labor and parts warranty on our boiler. It was so comforting to know that Geiger not only reached out to me about the mistake but would stand by and guarantee their work. Bill is the technician that came to assist with our boiler, he quickly spotted the issue and worked on solutions to get our heat working quickly. Bill also gave me a lot of information about steam boilers and radiators and answered all of my questions, as I’ve never had a boiler before. I

Great service from start to finish. Called in on a Sunday and they had a technician out in about an hour. Clear communication, fast and reasonably priced service. Bill was a phenomenal technician, extremely polite and professional. Quickly found the issue and repaired. Bill explained the issue and showed me the problem. He had our ac back up and running in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Bill and Geiger Air to anybody!

I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. A guy named Jason came and repaired our AC. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Another company provided a much higher quote and said we had a different (much more expensive) problem. They also insisted that we should buy a new furnace instead of doing the repair. Geiger was honest, fast and fair. I’ve found a go-to company that I can trust when I need services in the future. Thank you, Geiger!!

Bill was great! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and my air conditioner seems to be running better than before. I also appreciated the urgency from Geiger Air as they responded very quickly to my problem. It was the first time I have worked with this company and had an excellent experience.
