Gave me an estimate late on Wednesday and was completed same day on Friday as scheduled on time. John was very professional and honest. He gave it to me straight and weighed and priced out my options. You won't regret going with Gem Air!

The worst company beware they have no license they do shabby work and then disappear. Do not hire them. If you do you’ll never see them again once they have your money. The address on the site does not exist. They fabricated it again. If you were citizen, you will get duped. They don’t even deserve one star But I had no choice.

Horrible company…. The installation went smoothly but once the summer months came I notice my mini splits was not working how they suppose to called and text John and it was excuse after excuse…. It’s sad because he was recommend to me by someone I do business with.

Do not use Gem Air in Staten Island. They are incompetent and they do not back up their work when there is a problem. I had a Friedrick ductless system put in my them 2 seasons ago and it’s already broken. For three months they ignored me and when they did answer they would tell me they were coming and never show and ignore me again.

Excellent communication and follow through. I thought the price was very fair. Installation was smooth, and they triple checked everything before they left.
