We’ve been using GEM for many years. They are professional and caring and do a great job with our numerous windows. It’s easy to plan ahead for a service and their updates are frequent and timely. The job is completed in a few hours and the crews are always friendly and go over each aspect of the work before starting to assure all requirements are met. Following the work, they invite us to inspect each window and if there’s any issue they immediately re-do the problem area, no questions asked. When it comes to quality work with caring and competent professionals they have no equal.

Gem did a wonderful job cleaning our solarium and windows inside and out! They also communicated very well and showed up on time with a crew of four men. Our house is sparkling clean!
