5 star rating for GEM Plumbing and Heating. Especially 5 stars for Joe Beaudoin and his partner that did an emergency replacement of a water heater. I got a quick call back from Joe and he kept in contact about when he would arrive and was very knowledgeable and had excellent advice. Got my hot water back quick. He left the area clean afyer he was done. Awesome job!

The company was quick to set up a time and told me I would hear from the repair people when they were on their way which I did. They were able to determine the issue fairly quickly, went back to their office to retrieve the proper repair part returned and made the repair. The service was outstanding, and I would recommend them for your generator needs.

I got a new boiler and it didn’t work the first weekend after I bought it and called on Monday for someone to come out and look at it, my hear started coming on that day while I was waiting for the technician to come out. I had to wait quite a while but that was understandable at this time of year when people are having hearing problems. And that was me the week before my furnace stoped working the day before the storm and this company was able to send someone out to see if they could help me on that Sunday of the big storm we had the week before. So that was a blessing to me! I want to give them 10 stars for that, no one else I called could do that! But on this next weekend because my old furnace died and it was only 10 years old so I had to get a new one. For some reason it stopped worki

Excellent service! My gas steam boiler broke a couple of months ago and the (different) company that initially installed the unit was unable to help and even made things worse. I called GEM, had a real person on the phone immediately (no AI) and the technician came same day. He was very experienced and knew what he was doing, found the reason for the issue, came back the next day with spare parts, repaired the boiler and monitored the unit for a while longer to make sure it's working properly and safely - all for a reasonable price! The steam boiler is working like a charm since then and we're staying warm during the cold winter. Can absolutely recommend this company!
