Gem State Appliance Repair

Brandon was awesome! Friendly, punctual, and professional. He got our washing machine fixed up very quickly. We will definitely use him again in the future when needed.

We could not have been more happy with the professionalism, knowledge and kindness of Brandon. We called Gem State Appliance as a result of an appliance gas leak. He responded immediately and was at the house within an hour. Made the repairs and charged us a fair diagnostic charge. We can whole heartedly recommend Brandon and Gen State to anyone in need of repair.

Amazing - Brandon was the definition of customer service. Didn't play anything games - he told me they had the part in stock and came day off to fix the issue. He was in and out within 30 mins and our fridge was working again. I wish I would have called them first instead of wasting time going back and forth with others. 10/10 - 5 billion stars!
