From an OTR delivery aspect, the crew was good. I called ahead of time to find out where they would want me to park since I’d arrive ahead of schedule. Did so and come the appt time they got me started, however they wanted me to move to a different dock door. No big deal, it was quiet enough. Unloading took a bit longer than I would have figured. About 2 hrs, which was working against my clock and plans for getting home. If it’s quiet like it was when I was there, you’ve got plenty of room to pull up into the opposite area and roll back into the docks. Side note if you enjoy planes taking off, you’ll have plenty of sights since MIA is just down the road and you’ll be facing one of the take off routes

Terrible location for Tractor Trailers to delivery too. Says there's overnight parking but it's not.

100k job. Have to go thru their app to get service. My installer spent 3 days and now going on 4th day. They have to now go to manufacturer to get help. Incompetence at its finest

Disgusted.. these people give the Rheem company a bad name. My AC technician contacted them for an EVAPORATION COIL that I needed replaced which is STILL under warranty and an employee at this location told the technician that there was a 2 month back order, but the entire unit was available. It is beneficial for them to sell the AIR HANDLER than give the part as an even exchange that IS covered under warranty. I have had no AC and my unit running straight 24 hrs for a week now and not only will my electric bill be outrageous but I will have to pay more for the Freon. I decided to call them myself since I couldn’t believe what my tech said that they had the entire unit but they didn’t have the simple coil, this said coil that goes inside this AIR HANDLER unit..???!!! Not my favorite location. It usually takes an hour to get in and out. I don't speak Spanish and that makes it a little hard to communicate. Can't tell you how many times I would be there with no one I front of me and the counter guys would just ignore me. Thank God I don't have to go there often. Unless your in good with the guys that work there and speak Spanish good luck. A grengo doesn't get good service.
