Yes.. unloading is a little slow, but if you are nice and patient, they will get to you. Plus, it depends on how many pieces you have to unload. Mr. Kenny is really nice and had directed me where to park since it is a small lot. It looks like this place sells parts for HVAC, which is air conditioners, I believe business-wise. And it looks like little other things such as electric tape and whatnot

The worst customer service of any place I have seen in all my years in business. I'm an HVAC contractor of 22 years and have never seen a place as bad as Gem-Air. They ordered the wrong thermostat in from another gem-air store and it was not what was needed. I then proceeded to exchange it for the correct one when I was informed they can't do that. What?! You ordered the wrong stat and now you can't exchange it..... I was informed it was special order so no refunds, but they ordered it wrong. He then told me the one I need is $800, and he would have to order that also. I ask him what kind of thermostat cost $800 and he started on his computer again. Then he says he has the one I need and it's $369, and it's in stock. At this point I'm not gonna let these clowns rip me off anymore, and I to

Small company to do delivery and they take by appt only , got here 12h before appt and for nothing , i dont know how they will handle if they were a big company .

Really really bad, check in for a delivery 12-21-21 at 12:30 pm and got unloaded a day later 12-22-21 at 12:45 pm. All they have to said, I’m sorry I’m sorry Never coming back to this place.
