Worst customer service/warranty process I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered an evaporator coil 4 days ago, 4 days later condenser coil shows up… You cannot get in touch with the branch and the call center keeps putting me on hold saying they’re sending me to someone who can help. Then after 15 minute’s listening to the same hold music loop over and overrrr I get sent to voicemail!
Good folks but the Mexican dude singing and unloading trucks is so slow, nice guy but slow. Older guy is better. Took 3.5 hrs for less than half trlr
Got here at 4:20 and the worker was already locking the front door even as I told him I was nearby!
Very helpful on the phone much appreciated
