Top notch place, I was greeted by Wilson as soon as I walked thru the door, Wilson was able to show me variety of sizes of ac pans and another sales person named Guy was also nice. Very professional great customer service.
They never have the most basic parts. Don’t bother to stop, just keep going your wasting your time.
I called to check stock on uv bulbs, they were polite, thorough, and willing to help. Glad to have another HVAC distributor in the Richmond Rosenberg area. We use to do exclusive business with this company (ACR, before it was bought out), I hope this is an indication that Watsco has turned a corner in customer relations.
25$ for capacitor isn't bad considering it's right there and you need your AC They also sell to the public which I don't know why other places would not...
Customer service is lacking. Felt as though they're staff was not properly trained on parts carried in store. Overpriced, but is in a great location. Had to give at least on star to write a review otherwise I would have given no stars.
