Seeing as air conditioning equipment does not break down on Saturdays and Sundays, it makes perfect sense for the only brick and mortars in town to be closed on the weekend. What does not make sense is when you call in to get pricing and availability (on the weekend), the phones ring through and you fall into a hold pattern. The automated message is very promising explaining how "you are first in line and please continue to hold" and "the first available rep will be with you shortly". The point is, there is no one there. No one will be getting back to you. Not until Monday. So the automated message states to look for the inventory online and the pricing will be there as well.
