I am the owner of ARK Cooling in Bradenton CAC1817978. I had a somewhat unpleasant experience at Gemaire in Sarasota on Monday 9/14/15. I bought an electric meter on Saturday the 12th to find it didn't work. I went to return it on Monday and got the run around. This was partly my fault as I usually use a Fieldpiece but this time I got the cheap Gemaire brand meter. The amp reading would start at like 25 amps then slowly work its way down and it took 10 minutes to do so. This is holding the meter in the open air. The first clerk looked at it and seemed to think it worked fine. I was baffled. He sent me to the warranty clerk who also seemed to think the meter worked fine. He indicated he didn't know how to actually take an amp reading. I ask him if he ever worked in the field as a
