If you are looking to build a quality home with an excellent builder Carl is your man. Working with him as well as his sales person Brandon is a very positive experience. Both were responsive to our questions, concerns and needs. Carl is a hands on builder and is there every step of the way. He is very well liked and respected by all the skilled trades people that works for him which I feel gives you a better quality built home. The relationship doesn't end when you close on the house. We have been in our beautiful Ranch for a short time now and have found minor little things that needed attention. We are three days away from moving into our custom built Gemini Home and I can’t say enough great things about Carl and their construction. He was incredibly responsive, informative and accommodating throughout the whole process. We had been warned how stressful building can be and prepared ourselves for some bumps in the road, but it was an easy and even fun ride! This will be our house for a long long time, but we would build again with Gemini with no hesitation. Having met with a few different builders, prior to Gemini, there were so many things that set Carl apart. He was the point of contact through the entire process, he took every detail into account and worked with our ideas to create the perfect house for our family.
