As of January 2026, GAC installed a new HVAC system for our downstairs, and GAC has now installed two Trane HVAC systems (one for upstairs and one for downstairs). We received a ten year warranty on our first Trane HVAC system, and we also purchased an additional 2 years of maintenance for a total of 12 years on the most recent installation. We have received excellent customer service and maintenance from GAC staff for several years now. We enjoy the continuity and stability of the Manager (Tim) and all of the Technicians who perform installation and maintenance over the years. We are able to select the products and features that we want, and Tim will dig through all of the details and paperwork to identify what we wanted. I recently had a new HVAC system installed by General Air Conditioning, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, communication was excellent — I was always kept in the loop and knew what to expect at each stage of the process. Our installer technicians, Vic, Damian, and Lorraine, were courteous, respectful, and clearly committed to doing quality work. My installation was especially challenging due to the age and layout of my home, but the team handled every obstacle with professionalism and persistence. Despite the complexities, they completed the project on time and within budget — no surprises. Highly recommend General Air Conditioning to anyone looking for reliable, professional service!

Here I am again, two years later leaving another review for General Air. They just left after a brutal 4 day install for me. This crew…..I LOVE them! Victoria, Keyshawn, Jacob and Christopher did a phenomenal job. Clara is amazing also, she’s the one who cleaned the drain back in June which prompted me for a new system…finally. Victoria needed space for some tools in my garage, she asked if she could leave tools in there while they were here. I said of course…next thing I know, she organized my garage a bit 😂. As they were leaving, she’s sweeping my stairs and living area…they didn’t even make a mess. I cannot get over what an amazing job they did. Extremely poor service company and horrible business practices. I had them come out for their maintenance program on 3 units that ran me ~$1000 The only beneficial thing they did was blow out my condensation lines. The tech that showed saw I had leaking ducts and put tape all around where there was no leak. I missed their winter tune up time window and was basically told "I was out of luck because I didn't schedule within the window" - I was still under their 1 year service agreement! Then I got an advertisement call from them wanting me to buy their tune up service again. This is a shady company charging money upfront, advertised as a discounted "service plan” then hoping or expecting their customers to fail meeting their "intro rate" or forget to use the services they've already pa

Tim and his team are beyond exceptional. I was in need of some extensive HVAC work and got a half dozen quotes before I found General AC. Mr. Bruce is the only one who took the time to thoroughly inspect my home and setup to find what I actually needed, instead of trying to sell me something quick. Within 2 days he had his crew led by Vicky removing my old 20+ year old system and installing the new one. The best part is that they took their time and made sure everything was going to work the right way rather than rushing through it. A new system is worthless without a proper install and these guys did an amazing job. I'm blown away by the work they did for me and have complete peace of mind.
