Sam B. did exceptional work today on our Carrier HVAC. He was able to troubleshoot the thermal sensor resistance and showed it to me with his voltmeter. The part is now going to be ordered and installed later this week. We were having short cycling issues related to thermal sensor failure. I highly recommend Sam for any of your services as he is very talented and helpful in getting HVAC work done. In addition, he was able to get the emergency heat blower to operate. Another fine example of his troubleshooting expertise. I would request Sam for any future work.

Josh did a great job. I wouldn't mind seeing g him on a regular basis. Nice attitude. Good work ethic. The work was not very challenging but he seemed to have a good grasp of it

Mike was awesome. Very informative and super smart about his job. I was worried because its freezing out and my heat pump is 25 years old. He told me to keep an eye on the inside set temp for a few days. And I will. I've been a client for 20 years and they have always been great!
