General Floor

I went there and asked for help selecting because I had never bought this before. But, I was replacing something that was separating at the seems and was poor quality. Mike helped me. He suggested a flooring but the board they had was missing the colors that I wanted to see. So I selected something else. Not once did Mike say this was not a good choice. When the contractor picked it up he said I would have the same problem with the separating as what I currently have because the floor had the same system on the ends of the boards. My husband called to return the flooring to be surprised with a 25% restocking fee. Surprise! I did not sign anything agreeing to that, no one told me about that, and furthermore no one warned me that the floor I selected was sub par. Why do they sell that crap?

I work very hard as a nurse and volunteer my additional time to give back to the community. I purchased flooring from General Floor several times over the years. This time I had to return two Oak T-moldings packaged by General Floor. The package was never opened. They charged me a 10% restocking fee! I am thankful that I help people and the community. This type of business that takes additional money from people is not a business that I will ever go to again. Shame on them.

If you're a local carpet guy....maybe ok. If you're a commercial contractor and mayhem is what you prefer along with high pricing, then this is your place. I've tried for many years to make it work; they keep getting worse...very unfortunate

The worst experience ever. Every step of the way they would not follow through with anything they promised. 2 times the flooring was wrong. From color to gaps in installation. Missed delivery dates. Poor management. No responsibility. Clients left me. I lost money because of General Floors. WATCH OUT FOR TGESE GUYS... STAY AWAY...

This is an store for contractors only. Really friendly staff, negociable prices. Pleasant experience so far. And a really convenient location. A company with out any scandals. I recommended.
