Zack H came to our school today and was a tremendous help . Made a huge difference. He had no problem explaining what he was doing along the way with our Walk In Freezer and in the end, the issue was resolved in a timely and professional manner. Very knowledgeable and we will be using G.P for any needs going forward as a result of how today went . Thanks again Zack !

Called multiple times to schedule service on an oven. They say they will send someone out. Nobody shows. Called 5 times. Don’t waste your time.

If there is a zero I would give it, extremely poor service, overcharges, hidden fees, over $4,000 to fix one of the switches on the iron plate. I believe it was a misdiagnosis by the technician that caused us to be overcharged, no help from the billing department, including their manager. Highly do not recommend using their service again, I will not be returning.

I was not aware of this company before being referred to them by another vendor that gave us a very long appointment window. General parts found time to come and asses our machine and quickly had parts on order. Once the parts came in I added subsequent overtime to get things done ASAP which they found one of their techs to accomplish. At this point, General Parts is now our preferred dish machine and kitchen appliance vendor. I'm glad we ran into them.

Company charged me $1000 to move an oven 6’ because I didn’t pay them there pre inspection fee to come make sure a water line and outlet existed. Will not budge and are blaming a third party company that they work for. There are other companies in this city that offer transparency and don’t try to take advantage of small businesses.
