I ordered the part for my refrigerator that the Genuine Replacement Parts website recommended for my appliance make and model. The part fits and all the connectors are correct, but it doesn't work. GRP then opened a warranty claim for the part, then they told me that I ordered the wrong part and that I cannot return it. I ordered the part that their website told me I needed, and now I am just out.
