We had a leak at our water meter and after the city came out to inspect, they informed us that it was on where the house connects to the meter and as such, it was our responsibility to fix. I gave General Plumbing & AC a call as I've used them before and they've always done a great job, and they were able to dispatch Dylan right away. He did an AMAZING job, but it was a real slog. The meter itself is in a box outside the house, but to replace the leaking pipe requires digging out around the box. The box is supposed to be able to be lifted out to provide access the meter and the connecting pipe, however, in our case, the box was connected to the sidewalk which prevented it from being lifted out.
