General Plumbing

I had a mixed experience with General Plumbing. Over the course of two days, I spent a total of $2,657. The plumbers themselves worked hard, were on time, and were very personable and professional, which I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, the underlying issue was misdiagnosed. I was quoted and worked on under the assumption that there was a broken pipe, when in reality the problem ended up being a backed-up septic tank (causing a kitchen sink backup) After two days of work, the issue was still not resolved, and concrete was left drilled into. I ultimately had Stuart Plumbing come out, and they quickly identified the septic issue and pumped the tank, which resolved the problem. I want to be clear that the technicians were courteous and put in real effort, but the misdiagnosis led to

Kenyell is absolutely amazing, he greeted the nurses with enthusiasm and a smile. You can tell that he loves what he does. As I nurse on the unit I have had the experience of working with the hidden toilets and it’s not easy. We were so excited to have Kenyell at the job working diligently to improve the toilets so that we could get things back to normal. What a nice young man, he did an awesome job which we all knew would not be easy. Big kudos for the professionalism and commitment he showed for taking on a tough job. He represented the company well and I’m sure they’re all aware of the type of employee he is. That young man is special and it shows.

Josh, the technician was great. He came to the house and immediately found the problem. He went to buy the part and came back and replaced it.
