Any company that does not value integrity or customer service duck and dodge! In 2023, my contractor “Manny” purchased and installed a Luxaire HVAC system from GPS. The unit worked during the summer, but once winter arrived, it failed due to a coolant leak and would not provide heat. During the 2023–2024 winter, I paid out of pocket multiple times to have the system repaired—even though it was a brand-new unit under warranty. I repeatedly contacted both GPS and the contractor to resolve the issue, but neither took responsibility or provided a meaningful solution. I eventually took the contractor to court. It was my first time being in the showroom of General Plumbing Supply and I was quite impressed. They carry all Kohler lines and I was able to see everything I needed and wanted in one place for our bathroom renovation. Ada was friendly, kind, and informative. We will definitely be using them for our supplies and will go back if we need to do another bathroom or kitchen renovation.

I purchased a Guardian heating and air conditioning unit from. GPS in Orange and I am extremely satisfied.The sales rep was Rufus who was very informative and a perfect gentleman. I contacted the office to speak on behalf of Rufus and spoke to his Supervisor Donna. Donna was busy at the time but promptly returned my call. She also was extremely professional. Never again will send my customers or my self to buy anything from that place. They don’t honor the warranty of their products. Go somewhere else to get your products.

Great place to window shop for bathroom fixtures, but don't forget to buy here, too. I almost bought a Kohler toilet from a big box store because the price online looked good. When I called GPS, they were able to meet the price, and actually it came out less because tax is 3.3% here. Bonus: they had the toilet in-stock, vs the big box store needed 2 weeks to ship-to-store.
