Restoration General did an inspection and prescribed the right solution for my water damaged crawlspace. It had been badly flooded and a problem area was still too moist after a contractor had completed water extraction and dehumidifying. It was unclear why but Restoration General, as inspector and consultant, spotted the problem and provided their findings to the contractor who did great follow-up work. I'm happy with the results! Restoration General's expertise has been especially valuable because it's a very old house with no barrier between the crawlspace and old wooden floors above, making the living area vulnerable to undetected excess moisture. I recommend them highly!

I was extremely impressed with Ronny and Edgar. Ronny was always quick to response to all of my calls and texts and never rushed through them. Edgar was the one who came to my home and he was always on time and very friendly. I had a huge mold issue so I had many interactions with both of them and am so pleased I went with them.
