Very professional and patient. Scott save me a lot of time and money by walking me through fixing my washer machine myself. If it wasn’t for him some would have charged me hundreds or I would have ended up purchasing a new washer. Thank you so much and I will recommend to friends and family

My daughter just move and washing machine was not working , we called generations and spoke to Scott Thomas. He was amazing!! Scott was so professional and very detailed oriented. He recognized that I really needed his assistance quickly and he made the time to travel the distance to help me replace my mailbox which blew away in a hurricane.This was truly appreciated, especially at a time when contractors are so busy, but he recognized that this was important.
