We had them install a water softener system a while ago and have since used their services for a couple of maintenance and repair visits. I don’t live in the area full-time, so I’m not entirely sure how their pricing compares to the local market, but I was genuinely impressed by how kind and helpful they are. Every staff member I spoke with on the phone was always willing to help, and the plumbers/ technicians themselves were incredibly kind and professional. I highly recommend them.

I'd give a negative star review if I could. Installed a water softener and dumped the old salts on my lawn. The piping to the softener started to leak. His crew "fixed that," followed by water streaing out six feet from the so-called fix. His explanation for the salt on the lawn? "It's not illegal." HIs explanation for the leaky plumbing? "I'm a country boy and we do things a little different out here."

Gene’s Plumbing did a fantastic job installing a spare bathroom in our home with a toilet and sink they also put in a new pressure tank as well. We are very pleased with the results. They have knowledgeable plumbers and fair pricing that can get the job done.

Wonderful, attentive, and prompt service. I have a weekend home several hours from my primary residence and complicated indoor/outdoor plumbing leak arose. Original emergency plumbing work to stop the damage was pricey, which also cut off the water. Additional required work estimate was almost $1000. Neighbors recommended Gene's Plumbing and wow! I was able to coordinate remotely, and they had the word done in 1 business day and for more than $400 less. No fuss, no muss. Even got a recommendation for an electrician from the owner. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome. Caleb from Gene's Plumbing came here to a huge mess. He didn't hesitate but removed all of the old and quickly installed all of the new. I was definitely impressed. I will never call any other plumber. Thanks guys.
