A would give them a million stars if I could. My electric hot water heater went out last night, I'm leaving for New Jersey on Thursday! I called Chris this morning at around 930 and as I'm writing this at 542 at night I have a BRAND new hot water heater installed and hot water! The service is out of this world. Unfortunately for me, it wasn't a simple fix or replacement. As a single woman homeowner, I expect people to try to take advantage of me but that is the LAST thing Chris did. He arrived at my house around 1 and was honest with me, told me my options. He even left to give me time to let me do research and think on it. I called Gene later in the evening on a Friday. I was assuming it wouldn't be till Tuesday to get to my issue. Gene said he could get to me on a Saturday. Saturday came and Gene showed up bright and early. Now this right here is what sets him apart from the competition. Gene is extremely honest and easy going. I was expecting him to tell me I needed a new tank amongst other things (Which was not the case) Gene fixed a valve and everything was good as new. 100% have now found my go to plumber.
