Got a brand new roof from Zack 1 year ago, our roof is now leaking. Zack isn’t returning phone calls and voice mail is full. Basically stole from us

We hired Zack and his company to replace our roof as we had some leaking and received a good review from a friend about this company. Zack was initially great to work with and was very responsive on the phone. The work was completed in October 2023. We soon realized the leaking was never fixed and after having another company come out, we were made aware of all the incorrect things Zack and his company did that needed to be fixed. We tried several times to call Zack. Initially he answered and apologized and said he would come out and fix it. But then we started to notice on the phone, his voice sounded more and more slurred, slow and mumbling and he sounded very incoherent to the point where we couldn’t understand anything he was saying. We do not recommend this company. The quote for our new roof included an upgraded warranty. When the job was completed and we paid the remaining balance, we did not receive anything about the warranty. I called the office and they said they would get the information over to Owens Corning. I received an email from Owens Corning for a simple basic warranty. After weeks of communicating with the office about the problem, Zack called me and said he would make it right. Zack did nothing. The office and Zack do not answer my phone calls, or return the messages that I leave. Zack does not respond to my text. I stopped by the office during their open hours and the lights were off and the door was locked. Zack is not good to his word. Scam.

Do not use this company, I hired them last October to put on a porch and side my house. Zack the owner came over and made his deal, approximately mid November his crew came and started the porch, the floor and roof were put up and I was told it would be finished by Thanksgiving. They never returned until March, leaving garbage and tools all winter and no staircase to get off the porch. They took 5 weeks to side a 1500 Sq ft ranch house and did a terrible job at that, we paid 37,500 for a job that was never finished (we did ask them not to come back after Zack lied and said he had the railings for the porch) we had to spend an additional 5000 dollars to put up railings and stairs, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had so don't deal with these people
