Genesis Concrete Pumping

Had Shann and Jeremiah Scheduled 1+ week in advance for a 54+ concrete pour. Confirmed with Shann the morning of for our 2 PM pour. They took my information, made me fill out an application, ran my credit, did a soft pull on me, which is understandable considering we never worked together before confirming the date to pour. I get a call at 12:08PM saying they had a truck breakdown, they're in a really bad service area so she cant't give me an update on when we will be able to pour. Very unprofessional, I was given zero confirmed recovery options and no viable solutions. I was able to find a recovery for this. pour. Will not recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional.
