Genesis Construction

Went and welded some rails on for joe toneys trailer, half way threw he wants to add a decent amount of extra work and want me to do it for the same price I originally quoted. Then tells me I need to put lights on his trailer for him. I guess because he doesn't know how to do it himself. Been over a month I've tried to go put the lights on so I can make some of the money I worked for hardly a response and when I ask if their will be cash or check in hand theres not a response at all. This guy is definition of a crook.
