Had a water leak from an old water heater tank that surfaced during our cold spell. I placed one call to the office and was welcomed by Miss Desiree. Mr. Genevie and his assistant came out the same day and diagnosed the problem for me. I had him install a new hot water heater and fix a leaky sink sprayer. This was the absolute best decision I've made for my townhouse, and for myself. I made a new personal and professional friend who will be the only plumber I use in the future. We were so impressed! After several calls asking questions about getting our garbage disposal replaced and getting our ducks in a row. the final call asking them to come out and do the project and the completion of the project was less than an hours time. And at a price we felt comfortable with. We will call back for any and all plumbing needs!

We called Saturday morning, Valentine Day, for an emergency repair. The answering service was very pleasant, and within 5 minutes, I received a call back from Nick. He was at our house within 25 minutes and completed the repair quickly. He was very friendly and professional, and the final bill was reasonable. We’ve found our go-to plumbing company.
