I had a fantastic experience with this company. We had been dealing with a lingering issue with ants, and no matter what we tried from the store it just couldn't seem to do the trick. I called GenExt and spoke with Vinnie. He thoroughly explained our options for an interior & exterior treatment. After about 10-15 minutes of educating dialogue, Vinnie had me scheduled & was able to fit me in for a same day service. Vinnie came out for the service himself. He was prompt, polite, and professional. We opted for a 1 time treatment that carried a warranty in case there was any need for a follow up.
