Genie Bath Systems

As much as I enjoyed learning about the Genie Bath System, what truly meant the most to me was the heart behind the service. Being a family-owned business, you can genuinely feel that they care. They took their time explaining everything — the features, accessories, and how the installation process would work — without ever making us feel pressured. I especially appreciated their patience and willingness to work with us financially. They understand that this is an investment, and they truly try to make it affordable for families. That meant a lot. Brandon Wallace was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. His friendly approach made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I

Genie Bath Systems did a bath remodel for us this week. Bathroom turned out great. Workers were very nice and polite and finished in a timely manner. Jason from Genie helped us plan the remodel and was very knowledgeable and helped with all the decisions. We are very pleased with Genie and all the work that was done for us. I had an amazing experience with Rob! He explained step by step on the materials, installation and the end result I wanted! He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Ghosted! The initial presentation was great (we thought it was over priced for a bath remodel without structural change) but we wanted to get it done. As a disabled veteran the Salsperson told us about a VA grant (for 6,800.00) and how to go about it. We did everything we needed to do on our end. When it came time for them to do the paperwork, as they had promised and said it would be easy, we got no response. Even when we went through 2 supervisory levels above we got no help after being promised numerous times. Essentially we had to eat the extra 6.8k because as with anything VA related there is a time constraint. We would not have agreed to the project had we known it would be the full amount. The work itself was good, except it was a complete different vanity than the one we ordered. I
